Mondays 5:30PM- October Handbuilding II
5:30 - 7:00PM / 4 weeks (Sept 30, Oct 7, 14, 21)
Come and learn the oldest method of building with clay. These lessons will focus on advancing your basic hand-building techniques such as pinch, coil, and slab building. Students will gain a better understanding of the clay lifecycle by working on larger scale pieces with additive and subtractive processes. By the end of the course, students will have created functional and decorated pieces available to take home 4 weeks after the conclusion of the course. All materials will be provided. Shoes and clothes will get messy.

***If an unforeseen circumstance were to arise and you would need to withdraw from a class, you can receive a refund up to 14 days prior to the first lesson, but must incur a $75 cancellation fee. We cannot provide refunds for class withdrawals less than 14 days from the start date, however, classes are transferrable. Please notify us if you would like to transfer the set of classes to another person to attend in your place before lessons begin.
Students may only attend the classes at the dates/times for which they signed up. Unfortunately, we cannot offer make-up lessons, but we will provide an optional 2 hours of open studio credit so they may continue to work on their pieces without falling behind.
There is a minimum of 4 people per class. If this minimum is not met, we will contact you via email and issue an immediate full refund.
